In need of a carpenter in San Francisco?

In 2018 the club raced throughout the USA! 

Sue Smith & Lydia Smith both qualified for the world championships in the Aquathon in Spain! They will be competing in the spring of 2019! 

Jordan, Sue, Paula, Daryl, & Rob all participated in the Lockhaven Great Island Race Series. Sadly, due to water conditions the swim got cancelled and the race was turned into a duathlon.

Jordan finished 7th overall: 1:31:05

Sue finished 17th overall: 1:55:41

Rob finished 14th: 1:46:33

Daryl finished 15th 2:40:36 (GIAT) Kayak, Bike, Run

Paula finished 11th overall 1:39:15

Jennifer also competed in the Happy Valley Sprint Triathlon. She finished in a 2:03:17 and 6th in her age group! Awesome job Jennifer! 

 

Sue Smith & her daughter Lydia Smith finished the Philadelphia Escape Triathlon and placing in their age groups in a large field of competitors:

Lydia placed 3rd in her age group 16-19year-olds with a 1:22:19 in the competitive Sprint Tri. There were 507 people competing in the Sprint Distance.

Sue placed 2nd in her age group 50-54 year-olds in the Olympic Distance with a 2:39:46 (finishing her swim in 20 minutes!). There were a total of 566 people doing the Olympic Distance!

 

Brian Barckley, member of the Tri Club, finished his first Triathlon in 2018!

At the Southern Ohio Little Smokies 70.3 Half Iron Triathlon Race Robin Barth got second overall female with a 5:46 finish time.

Robin also raced IMMT 140.6 and placed 4th in her age group and IMFL 140.6 and placed 7th in her age group!
